It’s amazing the way sense is linked to memory. How a smell or colour can transport you to a past moment, maybe even one you’ve forgotten. It might be painful, but it’s a part of you. That’s “The Truth." There’s a haunting menace to it, like a ride into the sunset through a Lynchian landscape. It can hurt, but it can also set you free.
